Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Personal Information, object to or restrict certain uses of it, or request a portable copy of it. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you the following rights with respect to your Personal Information, subject to certain exceptions:

- Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny you Services, charge you a different price, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.
- Right to appeal if we deny a privacy request. You may appeal by replying to our denial or contacting us at the email below, and we will respond to your appeal within the time required by law.
Categories of Personal Information we collect generally fall under: identifiers (name, email, IP address); commercial information (purchase and payment history); internet or network activity (site usage, device information); and, through our payment processor, financial information necessary to process a transaction. We collect this information directly from you, and automatically through your use of the site.
How to submit a request: Because we operate exclusively online, you may submit a request to know, delete, or correct your Personal Information by emailing jack@tutorwithjack.com. We will verify your identity before completing a request, using the information reasonably necessary to confirm you are who you say you are.
Authorized agents: You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of the agent's authorization and verification of your identity before processing the request.

Opting out of non-essential email will not affect transactional communications necessary to complete or service your booking.
Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for CPA Exam candidates and other adult learners. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided Personal Information to us, contact us at jack@tutorwithjack.com so we can review and, where appropriate, delete the information.
International Data Processing
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may operate in the United States and other countries. Information may therefore be transferred to, stored in, or processed in jurisdictions whose privacy laws differ from those of your location.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, Services, or legal obligations. The revised policy will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date.
